So for you Northerner's you are most likely in the midst of hunting season...
For us Southerner's its been hunting season now for as long as we can remember.
Or should i say for us Southerner's who are hunter's wives. ;) Just winking at my hubby- not you sorry.(Yes, he does read my blogs)
Hunting down here starts in August.. When its closer to 100 degrees then farther from it. When you have to worry about rattlesnakes and what not. And then it goes all the way to January first.
This is the time of the year when my hubby is aching, dying, longing.. When his heart is yearning.. To be IN THE WOODS!! ;) Another wink for him!!
Earlier this year he got a doe...
Or should i say.. " a big mama doe" as Carter would say... :)
Carter was full of many, many questions about this deer that was dead... ^
Brooklyn stood as far away as possible.. clenching her dress.. pretty nervous about the whole "deer night night?" thing....
The other evening Curtis came to me all proud of these pictures he took of our two little munchkins....
Future hunters? Daddy sure hopes so!! :)
Happy and safe hunting to everybody who enjoys such hobbies!!
And wonderful week to everyone as well...
Since Friday night I've been to a Christmas work supper, a Christmas parade.. And tonight we are going to hit up another Christmas parade...
Bring on the Christmas festivities!! I'm loving it!! :)
